Angela Quint

Angela Quint is a solution-oriented bi-lingual attorney and business professional with a comprehensive background in trial litigation, compliance and privacy review, business development, and team leadership.  Angela is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is a graduate of the Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado.

Most recently, Angela served as an Advisor Attorney for the Small Business Administration, providing interpretation of disaster loan program’s law, regulations, policies, and standard operation procedures to provide guidance and support to program managers and loan officers. She also preformed compliance review of all borrowers while maintaining Personal Identifiable Information (PII) best practices. She handled collateral property deeds and vesting reports for lien processing of hundreds of loans between $500K and $2M to ensure legal compliance, land ownership, and verified real property legal descriptions.

Prior to her service with the US Federal government, Angela was in private practice for over thirteen years in the areas of immigration, criminal defense, contract, and privacy law. She conducted numerous court appearances before the Executive Office of Immigration Review at the Federal administrative courts in Denver, Colorado.  She effectively represented numerous clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) at the Denver field office and US visa applications with the National Visa Center while working with various US Embassy and Consulates abroad. Her private practice extended to Criminal Defense matters, from arraignment to jury trials, before various District and County courts throughout the State of Colorado.

During her free time, she enjoys the local hiking trails with her family and two dogs.
