Dillon is an accomplished alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Energy Management, complemented by a Minor in Finance.
With an expansive career spanning more than 19 years within the realm of oil and gas, Dillon’s expertise primarily revolves around land management.His career trajectory, which commenced as an in-house landman, has been marked by continuous growth and advancement. Through strategic progression, Dillon ascended through the ranks, assuming pivotal roles such as senior landman and land supervisor. His consistent elevation within the industry reflects not only his proficiency but also his exceptional leadership acumen and comprehensive grasp of the domain.
In a noteworthy pivot, Dillon embarked on an entrepreneurial odyssey in 2017, veering away from his corporate trajectory to establish his own land brokerage. His entrepreneurial initiative, co-owned and meticulously nurtured, bore fruit over several successful years.
Dillon’s influence extends beyond the boundaries of his business endeavors. He has significantly contributed to the professional landscape as a board member for two prominent entities: the Oklahoma Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL).
