Landman/Paralegal

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting attorneys in various legal matters, with strong research, drafting, and oil and gas experience. As a Paralegal at Kuiper Law Firm, PLLC, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys, ensuring that our cases are well-prepared, and that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of title opinions and other transactional matters.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Assist in the preparation for trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Maintain confidentiality of all case-related information.
• Perform other related duties as required by attorneys.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal or as Lease Analyst, Land Tech or Landman.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, court personnel, and colleagues.
