With his time spent at school he has become an active member of the Energy Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Corporate Law Association. Prior employment in a civil defense firm specializing in Oil and Gas sparked his interest in the industry.

A native Oklahoman, Parker was born and raised in Tushka, Oklahoma. Prior to going to law school Parker graduated from Oklahoma State University with a major in Construction Engineering Technology. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys and the OKC Thunder.
