During law school, Catherine was a Senior Editor for Thurgood Marshall Law Review and interned for Justice Carl Walker of Illinois Appellate Court Cook County District One and Hon. Juli Mathew of County Court at Law No. 3. Additionally, she served as a Research Assistant to Property Professor Ericka Kelsaw.

She is a member of Houston Young Lawyers Association and Downtown Law Group.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University.

Outside of her legal practice, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Lux, traveling, Pilates, running, and exploring Houston with her friends.
