Kuiper Law Firm, PLLC, a veteran-owned energy-focused boutique serving clients across Houston, Fort Worth, Denver, Midland, and Oklahoma City, today announced the appointment of Diana Woodcock as Managing Partner of its Houston office.
Woodcock, a Partner at the firm, will lead Kuiper’s flagship Houston office. Her appointment is part of a broader leadership initiative to install Managing Partners across each of the firm’s offices, reinforcing Kuiper’s commitment to basin-level expertise and responsive client service.

Woodcock has been central to Kuiper’s growth, including coordinating the firm’s legal work across Texas and New Mexico, leading the firm’s title and transactional practices, and mentoring the firm’s attorneys. She holds a B.A. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Texas and New Mexico and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Her oil and gas title, acquisitions, and division order practice spans the Spraberry, Wolfcamp, Bone Spring, Yeso, San Andres, Brushy Canyon, Eagle Ford, and Austin Chalk formations.
