Glassman and Jazlynn Allen to the position of Partner, effective immediately. Both attorneys are based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office.

Ashley L. Glassman practices energy law, oil and gas transactions, estate planning, business law, and contract drafting and negotiation. She has extensive experience drafting title opinions across fee, federal, and state lands in the Rocky Mountain region, including Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, and North Dakota, and has managed complex due diligence projects throughout the United States. Ashley also drafts estate plans of varying complexity and handles probate matters in the State of Colorado. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Oregon. Ashley earned her B.S. from the University of Colorado Boulder and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Jazlynn Allen brings more than 15 years of cross-disciplinary experience in oil and gas to Kuiper Law Firm. Her career has spanned roles as a landman, due diligence expert, and title attorney for a large national firm. She has worked on projects across Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, North Dakota, Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and California. Notably, Jazlynn began her career through an internship with an international operator in Argentina and Brazil, where she quickly rose to lead the entire land department before completing her undergraduate degree — a testament to her extraordinary drive and aptitude. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming. Jazlynn holds both a B.S.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
The additions to the partnership reflect Kuiper Law Firm’s continued growth and commitment to serving clients across the full spectrum of energy law matters, from mineral title and due diligence to complex acquisitions and estate planning.
These promotions also follow a significant milestone for the firm’s Denver presence. In December 2025, Kuiper Law Firm expanded and relocated its Denver-area office to the Denver Tech Center at 8055 E. Tufts Avenue, Suite 500, Denver, CO 80237. Originally established in 2020 in Lakewood, Colorado, the office has grown from a four-room space to a modern facility with seven private offices and twelve workstations.
