Being a teacher and coordinator, she learned the value of detailed organization, effective communication, and intentional leadership. She believes building relationships is crucial in the workplace for both co-workers and clients. Planning and assisting others are considered virtues for Kelly. She is often described as loyal, hardworking, dependable, energetic and creative. 

Outside of the firm, Kelly loves to golf, fish, spend time on her boat, and entertain family and friends at her house.  As far as she is concerned, sports are a real thing as the OKC Thunder and Oklahoma Sooners are at top of her list.
