Lori is an experienced civil litigator focused on contractual disputes and negotiation.
Lori brings over a decade of legal expertise to her practice, which includes commercial and civil litigation, commercial transactions, including and acquisitions and divestitures, and oil and gas title. Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm in 2019, she managed a multi-million-dollar litigation portfolio for a boutique firm in Houston, Texas. She is a partner at Kuiper Law Firm and also serves as its General Counsel. She has done outstanding work managing the firm’s transactional and commercial portfolios. Lori also serves as General Counsel for The Adam McCauley Family Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting children whose caregivers are affected by terminal illness.
Lori was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. She returned to Houston and earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2013. She’s admitted to practice in Texas, Mississippi, Montana, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Outside the office, Lori enjoys cooking, traveling, and trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
