Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm, Jackie also spent several years working as an in-house landman for a large E&P company, covering active drilling programs in the Uintah Basin in Utah as well as the Eagle Ford and Wolfcamp Shales in Texas.

With well over a decade of experience in the energy industry, Jackie brings extensive expertise to her role at Kuiper Law Firm.   She has completed hundreds of title opinions in Texas from the Permian Basin to the Haynesville/Bossier Shale. As a Partner at Kuiper Law Firm, her focus is in meticulously reviewing title opinions and expertly resolving complex title issues to ensure seamless transactions for our clients.

Jackie’s previous life as a landman provides her with a deep understanding of land rights, lease agreements, and regulatory frameworks, which significantly enhances her expertise and effectiveness while practicing Oil & Gas Law.

Jackie is a member of the Texas Energy Law Section and actively participates in community activities. She enjoys spending time with her three children, fostering animals, and contributing to the PTA.
