Daniela Villafani graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in May 2024, where she earned a Transactional Law Certificate and served as an Associate Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review. During law school, she was an active member of the Oil and Gas Law Society and the Hispanic Law Students Association.

Before attending law school, Daniela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston. After graduating, she worked for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, free legal services to low-income clients. Her interest in the oil and gas industry developed further through a clerkship under the Company Land Manager of a non-operating oil and gas company, where she was introduced to oil and gas title work.

She is now building on that experience as an Associate Attorney at Kuiper Law Firm, where she continues to grow her skills in oil and gas law. 

In her free time, Daniela enjoys working out—having completed three Chevron Houston Marathons—cooking, and traveling to new countries. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
