Daniela Villafani is currently a rising 3L at South Texas College of Law Houston.
She is an Associate Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review. Daniela is currently a member of the Oil and Gas Law Society as well as the Hispanic Law Students Association. She is a candidate for the Transactional Law Practice Certificate Program at South Texas.
Prior to going to law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Houston. After graduation, she worked for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA), a nonprofit committed to providing high-quality free legal services to indigent clients. Following her work at TRLA, Daniela’s interest for oil and gas peaked with a clerk position under Company Land Manager for a non-operating oil and gas company, where she was exposed to oil and gas title work. She is grateful to grow with this experience and learn even more valuable skills at Kuiper Law Firm.
She is proficient in English and Spanish. In her free time, Daniela enjoys working out, cooking, and traveling to new countries. She has completed two Houston Chevron Marathons and is currently training for a third.
