Lori is an experienced attorney with a strong background in transactional law and oil and gas title practice.
With over a decade of legal expertise, her practice focuses on commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial collections, as well as oil and gas title matters. Lori joined Kuiper Law Firm in 2019 and currently serves as a Partner and General Counsel. She has successfully managed the firm’s transactional and commercial portfolios, achieving positive results for clients across various industries. Lori is dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel to businesses, helping them navigate complex contractual issues and streamline their transactional processes. Her meticulous approach and deep understanding of client needs have earned her a reputation for delivering results that protect clients’ interests and drive success.
From 2022 to 2024, Lori also served as General Counsel for the Adam McCauley Family Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit focused on assisting children whose caregivers are affected by terminal illness.
A native of Houston, Texas, Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 2009 and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2013. She is licensed to practice in Texas, Mississippi, and Montana, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, Caleb, their family and friends, and cooking, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
