RJ Feltman

RJ Feltman has an extensive background in regulatory policy and the oil and gas industry.

Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm, RJ spent several years practicing in Houston, handling various transactional matters, including title examination, oil and gas transactions, real property transactions, business transactions, and managing an extensive business litigation docket.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University. He also attended the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M where he received a Master’s of Public Policy and Administration before obtaining his juris doctorate at the University of Houston Law Center.

RJ is a Houston native that enjoys golf, the Astros, and Aggie Football. He also spends time volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the Mutton Bustin’ Committee.
