Andy has over 15 years of legal and industry experience across multiple sectors of the oil and gas business. He began his legal career in litigation support roles, gaining hands-on experience with high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters for clients in the upstream and service sectors. He later transitioned into title and transactional work, assisting with contract analysis, due diligence, and title examination in producing basins across Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and North Dakota.

Andy has served in land, legal, and advisory capacities for a range of clients—from independent operators and title attorneys to major integrated companies, including Chevron, Noble Energy, and Equinor. In these roles, he provided title analysis, lease compliance review, heirship and probate research, and managed complex ownership and revenue issues. He is experienced with both federal and state title standards, and has worked extensively with legacy and digital land systems.

In private practice, Andy supported clients with estate planning and curative work.

Andy moved from College Station, TX to Littleton, CO with his wife and two daughters in December 2024, and is greatly appreciating the break from the Texas heat and mosquitoes.
