Arthur received his B.S. in Political Science from Minnesota State University Mankato, in 1995 and his J.D. From Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in 1998, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, North Dakota and Minnesota.

Prior to Kuiper Law Firm, Arthur worked as an oil and gas title attorney for 12 years.  He has extensive experience preparing title opinions in Colorado, North Dakota, and other states.  In addition, he worked as in-house counsel at a major title company and worked at a general practice law firm where he gained experience in various areas of law, including real estate, probate, bankruptcy, and general business law.

In his spare time, Arthur enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, and he recently started learning to play hockey.
