She has experience preparing drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions, advising on due diligence, and drafting contracts.  Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm, Corinna worked as an oil and gas attorney at other Houston law firms where she represented clients in the upstream oil and gas energy sector.  Additionally, she has experience with employment law and insurance defense law.

Corinna was raised in an oil and gas industry family and has international exposure having lived and traveled throughout the world.  Her great-uncle was a world-renowned oil geologist and petroleum engineer with over one hundred oil related patents to his name.  She has varied interests such as swimming, baking, reading, playing the piano, learning languages, and an occasional game of chess.  She has done volunteer work at a hospital and nursing home.  She is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
