Her primary areas of practice include title examination and due diligence analysis for acquisition and divestitures of oil and gas properties. Before focusing on oil and gas, Dana worked in renewable energy development, including wind and solar lease negotiation, land acquisition, and litigation.

Dana obtained her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech School of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from Trinity University.

Dana is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico.
