She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Philosophy and minors in Russian and Business Economics. As an undergraduate, Irene studied abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia and interned with the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C. 

Prior to law school, she was a digital advertising and e-commerce analyst. She successfully managed a client portfolio of 19 brands across multiple clients to increase sales across e-commerce platforms utilizing search engine optimization.

Last summer Irene assisted a delegation of Texas judges and lawyers in Mongolia and interned with a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas. In her free time Irene enjoys playing ice hockey, pilates, and classical ballet.
