Julie has specialized expertise in title examination of subdivisions and has been recognized as an industry expert for clearing complex title issues for top oil and gas companies, landowners, and developers.

Julie obtained her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. She is currently licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming and is a member of the Denver Association of Professional Landmen and Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers. Julie currently resides in Northern Colorado with her husband and two sons, where they enjoy exploring Colorado’s great outdoors.
