She began her legal career representing individuals as well as domestic and international law firms, drafting title opinions for FAA-registered aircraft. She also has extensive experience as a landman for an Oklahoma-based oil and gas broker and as a title examination attorney for multiple local and national real estate title companies. 

Kim obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. 

A native Oklahoman, Kim has made her home in Edmond with her husband John, daughter Kassidy and the sweetest Golden Retriever, Ellie.
