Max is a pending associate in the Denver office, focusing his practice on oil and gas law. Prior to joining Kuiper, he clerked at a Denver law firm, gaining experience across real estate, land use, eminent domain, title work, and business and entity matters.
Max earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor on the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and participated in the Tribal Wills Project. He played football at the University of Iowa and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse during undergrad.
