Nicole graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, after which she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008, with an emphasis in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Blair has focused her practice on serving Oklahoma’s oil and gas community. From 2015-2017, she served as general counsel for Red Stone Resources, LLC, where she supervised the title examination process, played key roles in the acquisition and divestiture of mineral asset packages, oversaw due diligence, addressed the settlement of defects, and prepared transactional instruments.
Since late 2017, Ms. Blair has continued serving oil and gas clients through the rendering title opinions for all stages of oil and gas operations, conducting due diligence, and providing counsel regarding curative and quiet title measures, and transactional and litigation services.
Ms. Blair is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Energy Division, the Mineral Lawyers Society, and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen.
