Ronald specializes in real estate, estate planning, and oil, gas, and mineral law. After a successful career in commercial real estate development, Ronald pursued further education, earning a Certification in Petroleum Land Management in 2011. Since then, he has dedicated his expertise to the upstream petroleum industry, focusing on title and curative. Ronald has prepared and reviewed Original Drilling, Division Order, Acquisition, and Supplemental Title Opinions for federal, tribal, state, and fee lands across Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Utah, Texas, and Wyoming.
With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in title and curative matters, Ronald brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail have made him a trusted advisor in the industry. Outside of professional endeavors, Ronald is active outdoors and enjoys spending time with his family at their homes in Lake Norman and Sun Valley.
