Prior to joining Kuiper, Tyler spent eight years at an oil and gas law firm, where he worked on a range of legal issues including title, transactional, and regulatory matters.
As both a Fellow and a student at the University of Colorado Law School, Tyler focused on regulatory law and policy in the technology space, including serving as the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.
Tyler was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, attending undergraduate at Colorado State University (Go Rams!) and law school at the University of Colorado. While not practicing law, Tyler enjoys running long distances, riding his bike around the city, watching basketball, and hanging out with Huddles, his miniature schnoodle mix.
