Kuiper Law Firm is proud to announce its certification for the Texas Statewide Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program. Kuiper Law Firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, Alex Kuiper, honorably served in the Marines from 2003 to 2006, qualifying the Firm for HUB eligibility as a service-disabled veteran-owned business. This program supports HUBs by increasing public exposure to these businesses and assisting them with bid solicitations from state entities for contracts. Following Texas’ creation of the HUB program, Texas state agencies or state-affiliated entities have increased their commitment to contracting with HUB-certified businesses in procurement and other public works contracts.
In addition to attaining HUB certification, Kuiper Law Firm expanded its practice to include Government Contracting, placing the Firm at the forefront of legal services with Texas state institutions, agencies, and universities. Among its various services, Kuiper Law Firm offers oil, gas & energy services spanning the legal spectrum, from transactional support to title analysis and litigation. The Firm also provides all manner of legal services to its clients, including real estate, renewable energy, and commercial transactions and collection. Kuiper Law Firm has offices in Houston, Fort Worth, Midland, Denver, and Oklahoma City, and the Firm employs attorneys licensed in more than ten states across the country.
Kuiper Law Firm can be found listed as a HUB on the Centralized Master Bidders List (i.e., the CMBL), the primary search tool for state purchasers looking to solicit bids from registered businesses. Kuiper Law Firm looks forward to working with state agencies and increasing the visibility of HUB-certified businesses in Texas!
