Josh’s appointment reflects his proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients and his deep ties to the Denver legal and energy communities.
Josh brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to his practice, with a background spanning mineral title examination, oil and gas transactional work, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Kuiper Law Firm, he worked as a title landman, analyzing mineral and leasehold interests on federal, fee, and state lands across the West, and later handled oil and gas title matters for a boutique natural resources firm – experience that gives him a well-rounded perspective on the issues facing clients across the energy industry.
Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado. Outside the office, Josh can be found cheering on his Fighting Irish, enjoying Colorado’s mountains and golf courses, or spending time with his wife and son.
