In July 2024, Ashley achieved the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), further solidifying her expertise in the field. 

Ashley relocated to Houston, Texas in 2021 from San Antonio, Texas. In her free time, she prioritizes maintaining an active lifestyle through health and wellness initiatives. She also enjoys exploring new coffee shops in the area.
