Kevin has been assisting energy clients navigate title issues since graduating from St. Mary's School of Law in 2010.
Beginning with being a field landman preparing runsheets in the Eagle Ford Shale, and then later as title examiner, Kevin has encountered many of the complexities that are common with oil and gas ownership, including highly fractionalized ownership and held-by-productions leaseholds with numerous assignments, depth severances, and operating agreements. He has drafted numerous drilling, division order, supplemental, and acquisition title opinions on lands all over Texas and New Mexico. In addition to his oil and gas background, Kevin also maintains a private practice in Kerrville, Texas, with this wife, Hannah. Together, they help clients in areas of real estate, probate, and contract litigation. He is originally from San Angelo, TX, and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
When he’s not helping clients, you may find him fishing on a river, playing guitar, or simply enjoying a nice cigar on the patio while watching the Red Raiders.
