Over the past 20+ years, Monica began as a Landman and Land Tech, then switched to the pipeline part of the industry and worked as a Documents Manager, Title Manager, Due Diligence Agent, Manager of Records and then lastly as a Director of Land and Mineral Title.  She has a BA in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, both from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Monica is a born and raised Houston native, a lifelong Astros fan, and a supporter and former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.  In her spare time, Monica enjoys reading, bird watching, attempting to keep plants alive and participating in Scouting America events (formerly Boy Scouts of America) with her husband and daughter.  She loves taking road trips with her family and hopes to visit all the Texas State Parks and National Parks eventually.
