Based in the Houston office, he was admitted to the bar in 2023 and is licensed to practice law in Texas, North Dakota, and New Mexico. Randall’s educational background includes a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2022, where he was a member of the Oil & Gas Society, and a B.S. in Ecological Restoration from Texas A&M University in 2010. During his time at South Texas College of Law, Randall demonstrated excellence in his studies, particularly in the field of oil and gas law, earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Texas Oil, Gas & Land Title Examination in the Fall of 2021. Before embarking on his legal career, Randall gained valuable hands-on experience as a ranch manager in southwest Texas and provided consulting services for other ranches. This unique blend of legal expertise and practical experience enhances his ability to serve clients in the energy sector. Outside of his professional life, Randall maintains strong ties to his rural roots, enjoying hunting, fishing, and helping out on his friends’ ranches in his free time.
