Elizabeth Scruggs

Elizabeth Scruggs is an accomplished associate attorney and business professional with a comprehensive background in litigation, compliance, and energy regulations.

She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Bioenvironmental Science in 2016, and later graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2021. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.  Elizabeth has extensive experience in Defense Base Act litigation, where she represented insurance companies and provided a comprehensive defense for military contractors and their insurance carriers. Prior to her experience in law, Elizabeth worked as a compliance analyst for energy reliability standards. 

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys discovering new food in Houston as well as spending time with her two miniature schnauzers.
