Nicole Blair

Nicole graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

After working in the Membership Division of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Ms. Blair obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008 with an emphasis in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Since 2010, Ms. Blair has focused her practice on serving Oklahoma’s oil and gas community and has had the good fortune to represent a broad cross-section of stakeholders within the oil and gas sector. From 2015-2017, she served as general counsel for Red Stone Resources, LLC, a mineral buying company in Edmond, Oklahoma. While at Red Stone Resources, LLC, Ms. Blair supervised the title examination process, assessed viability of curative measures, and implemented curative steps in relation to acquisitions and divestitures of mineral assets in the state of Oklahoma. During her tenure Ms. Blair played key roles in the negotiation of acquisitions and divestiture of aggregated asset packages, oversaw due diligence, addressed the settlement of defects, and prepared transactional instruments.

Since late 2017, Ms. Blair has continued serving the needs of oil and gas clients and specializes in conducting title examination, rendering title opinions for all stages of oil and gas operations, providing due diligence, curative, quiet title and transactional and litigation services within the oil and gas industry.

Ms. Blair is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Energy Division, the Mineral Lawyers Society, and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen.
